The aim in establishment of
the Firm was to achieve and maintain the status of a substantial regional legal practice
with the skill to provide a specialised range of legal services to a standard which was at
least as high as that provided by the best firms of similar size and practising in those
same areas. In order to achieve that aim we had the following objectives:
